Ingredients:
•1 Tablespoon Water
•1 Green Pepper
•½ Onion
•6 Ounces Cauliflower
•Chicken Fillet, 7 Ounces
•1 Tablespoon cream
•3 Tablespoon Butter
•Black Pepper to taste
Directions:
1.Start by roughly chopping your cauliflower before placing it in a blender. Blend until you get a cauliflower rice.
2.Chop your chicken into small pieces, and then get out your chicken fillets. Sprinkle with black pepper.
3.Heat your air fryer to 380, and then put your chicken in the air fryer basket. Add in your water and cream, cooking for six minutes.
4.Reduce the heat to 360, and then dice your green pepper and onion.
5.Add this to your cauliflower rice, and then add in your butter. Mix well, and then add it to your chicken. Cook for eight minutes.
6.Serve warm.
